Text-to-Web for CourseRev
Text a course update the way you'd text a coworker. Within seconds, your CourseRev Voice Concierge and chat agent are giving golfers the new answer. Add "expire 3h" and the AI knows when the update stops applying.
$295/year · no contract
Your call
You can use Text-to-Web strictly to feed your CourseRev AI by text. The website banner and Facebook Page posting are optional. Turn either one on or off whenever you want.
Every text updates what your Voice Concierge and chat agent tell golfers.
Show the same update as a banner on your site, or skip it. Your choice.
Post the update to your Facebook Page automatically, or keep Facebook out of it.
How it works
1
Approved staff text your Text-to-Web number. No app, no login, no dashboard.
2
CourseRev picks up the update in seconds, so callers and chatters get today's answer. Banner and Facebook follow only if you've turned them on.
3
End your text with "expire 2h" or "expire 6h" and your AI treats the update as time-limited. If the banner is on, it comes down by itself after 4 hours, or at the time you set.
Pricing
CourseRev AI sync is included out of the box in the standard Text-to-Web plan. It isn't an add-on or a custom integration. We connect it during setup and it works from your first text.

No. It's included in the same $295/year plan. There's nothing custom to scope or build.
Your AI reads the expire note and treats the update as time-limited, so it isn't still announcing a frost delay at 3pm. If you use the website banner, it comes down by itself after 4 hours, or at the time you set.
Only the staff phone numbers you approve. Texts from any other number are ignored.
